
Great coworkers! But company policy and the pressure from top down economic attitudes are destroying this company!!! People used to be proud to work for Boeing, now not so much!!
Think of the people that build the product as an asset instead of a liability. Instead of looking for a reason to fire people, use unfortunate instances as a learning opportunity to make the people better and a better product will be the result!!
The company finds every opportunity to take away from its employees and give more and more to the executives. The executive pay and benefits are way out of line. When someone that makes millions of dollars every year to operate a company and points there finger at employees and calls them greedy!!
