Team morale is terrible. Managements knows it and sees it but turns a blind eye to it

No one seems to care anymore. And bad attitudes just beget more bad attitudes. Empower your employees, don’t tear them down
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I’m just a laborer, I don’t know how to improve it. Part of poor morale is watching people get away with doing nothing while the teams success falls on the few that care. Reward hard work and reprimand poor behavior.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening! Stop trying to control everything and let people do their jobs. The workers are the ones who know what their doing so trust your crew and let us do our jobs. The more leadership tries to manage, the harder it is to get anything accomplished
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No more pension really speaks for itself. Stop trying to nickel and dime us. Without the workers, no planes are built. Without compensation, no one cares anymore and it’s a really hard environment to be around when you do care. Record breaking profits and less compensation every year
