What did you like most about the interview process?

Never had an interview, was hired many years ago.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

More experience, more training time so work load is not overwhelming the mature experienced few left.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Respect loyals, time to train replacements, change processes including SME input vs not knowledgeable on subject matter.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Value employees, listen to wisdom of experienced SME’s and find ways to cost cut without raking the skilled employe

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much new hires entry level no experience, improve processes yet accept that sometimes the solution is out of the box/process.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They are taking away more from loyal long time good performers to give to new hires and cut costs. No incentive to work hard and climb the ladder.
