Benefits get worse every year, including less support for growing my career and more resistance to my advancement as an engineer. The employees who build the product are devalued and morale is at an all time low.

Value employees, more honesty particularly with benefits compared to the industry and more fairness compared to employee benefits in different locations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a closeness on my team, but it doesn't extend past our immediate supervisors. The feeling is that we're being used and placed at whatever whim higher management has.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has devalued higher level engineers and has made it difficult to advance in level, despite showing clear signs that I work well above my level. They site needing "business reason" to promote to a high level engineer rather than promoting because of skill and experience.
