- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The lack of hours make me feel undervalued and underpaid. If the pay was significantly higher, I could understand lack of hours. However, this isn't the case
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team need to advocate for booksellers a lot more. The pressure of membership sales being directly linked to how many hours an employee receives, causes people to leave the company. The leadership team is extremly cliquey, making associates uncomfortable and targeted.
