Customer service is a literal disaster where workers clearly evade questions, misdirect or refuse to redirect callers who wish to cancel orders or quit service and who clearly do not read messages sent to them. They're rude (one kept saying "yeah, yeah, yeah" over my explaining my issue). Awful.
