Descent company, but don't think they compensate well enough and not willing to try new compensation ideas. I also feel they take advantage of the employees in the way they pay monthly checks and their 401K contributions.

I don't feel they were completely forthcoming about job duties and salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I were paid more for base salary and if I were paid extra for working more than the specified hours or on additional projects. They bill the client for one time, but then expect me to work for no pay for any additional time which they expect me to put in).
