What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It is easy to become personally invested in the clients' missions

Variety of available projects and the caliber of the people I work with.

What are some of the best things about your team?

A vast majority of my coworkers are Very sharp and have wide interests and experiences.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Job security for client facing employees. We are constantly stressed about finding billable assignments.

What makes you most happy at work?

Feeling like a valued part of project teams. But not a valued part of my department.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The guy who became my career manager told me I was incredibly good looking. That should have been a red flag.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There are two classes of employees at Booz, those who face clients and those who are 'staff'. Staff have good job security, client facing consultants are always in fear of a 'lack of work' letter.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Worst part of benefits was the educational support. It is contingent on staying with the company. I constantly worry about having to pay back thousands of dollars if I am laid off for 'lack of work'. Best part is the free Bigalow Tea in the break area.
