Executive Bio

Manila launched C Space’s research and analytics department in 2005, bringing with her over fifteen years of experience in research, management development consulting and organizational behavior expertise. She pioneered the research and development effort for C Space’s Customer Experience Code (CXC), which links brand relationship behaviors to growth and profitability and is currently leading the C Space Customer DnA (data and analytics) team.

Manila is a social scientist, artist, researcher and author. Over her C Space career, she has spoken at industry conferences and has authored whitepapers, peer-reviewed journal articles, essays for the business press, and book chapters. She is a member of ESOMAR, and has won several Best Paper awards at the ESOMAR Congress and Online Research conferences.

She holds a B.A. in studio art from Smith College and a Ph.D. in psychology from Suffolk University.
