They need to stand together when they feel disrespected by the company an undervalued not enough people speak up when being abused that the company

I feel like they don't value they're black African-American employees like they do their other employees they treat us like trash if we don't do what they say I feel very disrespected by this company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The whole property needs help from management to the staff there's no help around that place when you need it ..they have a limit on linen but they blame you for not having none they overcharge customers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The whole place is uncomfortable from start to finish the co-workers don't speak to you unless you're there race the supervisors and managers don't like to help you when you have a problem and if you become a problem they get rid of you
