We can disagree productively. We are not afraid to resolve things through feedback. The open collaboration and communication is amazing!

They truly care. They care about the business, the leadership, and the employees. We are a family and they treat it that way!

Empowerment! I feel empowered to grow as a leader and I have the support to do so. The organization goes out of its way to help us grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benifits. Best I have seen for a med-sized organization. The benefits are the best. Comp package is great too, but as a father benefits for my family matters to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that we are going on a journey each day. New challenges, as well as existing ones. It's not easy. However, it is rewarding. I actually feel like I accomplished something at the end of each day.
