You are treated like a person. Not a number. You are encouraged to be yourself. There's no need to be phony here.

Other than the pay, I'd have to say the available time off. The PTO, Holidays, Recharge Days, and Sick Days are very generous.

Providing timely resolutions and the best customer service our customers have ever experienced. Creating new customer relationships and strengthening existing ones. Engaging with my team.

The people. There is a strong sense of teamwork (we're all in this together), and nearly everyone has a positive, helpful attitude. This is a very 'welcoming' company.

They are all very caring and supportive. Everyone looks out for each other, are willing to help, and express empathy and understanding to those being faced with personal challenges.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are knowledgeable, open and honest, do not come across as corporate robots, ask for feedback, and openly share their thoughts and ideas. I feel confident in the direction they are steering our company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is extremely warm and welcoming to new employee's. This 'acceptance' continues on, but is most noticeable in the first year. Like myself, most people haven't previously experienced a culture like ours and are simply amazed during their first few months.
