Very poor. Was misled on the role. The manager is impossible to work with, and literally has killed deals and made the relationship worse with accounts. Wants to take over, thinks he gives constructive feedback when in fact he is clueless. Absolutely the worst I have ever worked with in my career.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager is clearly Bi-Polar and needs anger management training.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Remove the VP he is a cancer to the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The PLL teams are generally good. The SE engineering teams do what it takes to support customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team really cares about the company and outcomes even if in our customer segments are not aligned with company goals we do our best to advance the agenda.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not really too excited either way, it is a good package and par with the industry. My comp is a little less than industry standard but the goals are set improperly and the manager does not care.
