They are highly collaborative and will go out of their way to help. I have never encountered someone say, "that is not my job."

I feel I am paid fairly - starting salary is much higher than if I were to scope out an employer in my local area.

All employees are entitled to take part in the bonus program, salary is fair for the area where I live and includes additional perks like the Lifestyle Fund and comprehensive medical benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel this is a supportive environment, especially in my department. We lift each other up and pick up the slack when somebody is down. I have never worked for such a supportive company that cares about me as a person.
