Open, honest and engaged. The purpose and mission of the company is consistent from the very top all the way through the organization.

They are all genuine people who care about each other and our customers, and are able to put the customer first even while driving towards our company's goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Core benefits (healthcare, etc) are as good or better than others I've seen in the industry. The added perks (lifestyle account, calix cares, etc) are the best I've seen and it's not close.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is fair in the market, benefits are really good. What is way above market standard are the other perks the company provides. Lots of little stuff (Audible, Masterclass, gym membership, etc, that all add up to a great experience).
