What is there not to like at Calix. The only negative I have at Calix is I have been met with opposition every time I make a career move and deliver every single time.

We always have each others back. Everyone is trustworthy and supportive. We WIN together and learn together!

The entire team is moving in the same direction and with the same positive culture. Winning attitude.

Everyone is highly motivated and skilled in their rolls and often times rolls around them. Fantastic support team!

The team and customers I get to interact with every day to make Arkansas a better place to live.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone does their job extremely well therefore leading to a comfortable work environment. We are truly a team and company working in the same direction. This is something I've never seen before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's a synergistic approach from the CEO all the way down to the employee's. Everyone is on the same page and the culture is fantastic. This come from level five leaders and a highly skilled and motivated employees. I'll retire at Calix!
