I have been at Calix for 90 days. In this time my boss and team have circled around me to help me get up to speed with my role. It has been challenging but with their help my confidence in working face to face with our customers continues to grow.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been with the company for a short time. After 30 days the fire hose was turned up full speed. I am expected to reach the same goals within 90 days of onboarding as those who have been here 365 days. Great people, nice leaders but, lots of stress and unknown

I like how our leadership team works to keep our company culture a number one priority.

Everyone is willing to help and likes to have fun. They are super talented and knowledgeable

There are many parts of the compensation package that I would consider the best. The pay, vacation time, home internet reimbursement etc....
What makes you most happy at work?
When I have clear processes to help me do my job. We lack clear process because of so much change. It makes the work day hard and stressful.
