Don't have to worry about getting stabbed in the back. People tend to be open and honest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HSA receipt submission is a PITA. Don't use the monthly $75 Lifestyle perk because the receipt requirement is a pain for recurring "subscription" based services.
