Actually talking with customers who are using the platform intelligently.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I've had little experience of the much celebrated company culture. It carries a very North American bias which doesn't resonate well with me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Poor communication of focus and strategy. Customer experience varies depending on who is involved in the engagement. There needs to be greater adherence to a plan and proper training around value-led selling.
