Communication. Every one I work with is always prepared to get together and discuss our customers and how we can help them.

the health insurance is amazing so far. Calix offers me all of the tools to be successful and make as much money as I want to earn.

Their Communication is open and clear. They absolutely make sure they hear what is good, what is bad and what needs to be fixed and they react quickly.

no one is here to just earn a check, Every one wants to succeed, everyone csres deeply about our customers, and every one considers our customers, our partners.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Insurance at Calix is very good, the pay is also very good. This is probably the only company I have worked for in quite some time who does not offer stock at the time of hiring, just the two purchase programs.
