The best part is that I get paid semi-monthly which lets me plan my expenses well in advance.

They address every issue which can affect an individual working for Calix and try to solve it through monthly scheduled meetings, sessions scheduled for healthy living and have a work life balance etc. They care for every person who is a part of the Calix family.

The team comes together to solve an issue whenever there is a need. When someone is getting stuck with a task, there is a common chat channel where the team can discuss and solve issues. Also daily team calls help with daily tasks to be completed on time.
