Everyone is very professional. We all work together very well as a team and support one another.

I don't see anything that is going wrong. The company has a great direction and leadership.

I personally love the lifestyle reimbursement. I have used it for gym memberships, yoga classes and other fitness items.

There are a few silos but the company is working to bridge the gaps. Implementing a project management tool will be very helpful.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture is excellent. People from all walks of life are represented and valued. Employee resource groups create a sense of belonging for different people. The culture is very supportive and generous.

Everyone shares the commitment to the same goals. So everyone is focused on winning, TOGETHER! It is not an ego driven workplace so everyone has the right motives and that eliminates so much in-fighting.

I believe the most positive is the culture of trust. I trust my coworkers and I think they trust me. The culture is one of help and support rather than just climbing the ladder and stepping on people on the way up. It really is such a trusting place and culture.
