I love that the Leadership team is Collaborative with everyone across the organization. They value their employee's and truly care our our culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Best part of my compensation is I'm paid market value for the skills that I bring to the table and the Flexible PTO is a fantastic perk as well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our culture is the caring & supportive part our culture. The people here care about each other and we're supportive. Last year, I went out on an expected surgery. My Hiring Leader that I support sent me gifts all week to let me know they were thinking about me.
