I am shy of my 4 months anniversary and couldn't be happier to have joined.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Very difficult overall onboarding and getting up to speed. Injecting new ideas for consideration are initially dismissed and not considered.

Our CEO is transparent which I appreciate

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Interacting with some of my colleagues
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock option plan that was recently rolled out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team overall wants to collaborative but ultimately doesn't have the bandwidth
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent, engaged and provide a safe environment for teams to openly ask questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very collaborative and focused. We have a clear strategy and are working towards accomplishing those.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People coming in are hiring under much higher salaries. Managers have people under them that make more it creates a very odd dynamic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
On-boarding takes a village and my team has been fantastic in helping me get up to speed and open to answering questions along the way.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Siloed culture, mis-aligned priorities across the teams, decision making held by a small group of people so even as a senior leader you really have no power to move forward.
