Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued for the Total experience I have. However I am satisfied but not happy with the current pay. I would request company to revisit and revise the pay as per the Market pay matching to the similar industries or corporates
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Calix is a great company to work because it takes care of employee growth along with continuous focus on company's goal. Calix is proactive for the customers and market needs. Calix has a great leadership and team which makes a great culture and I am happy to be part of that team
