We are a global company so it's nice to get to know people from various parts of the world.

The good feeling you have after solving a really complex issue and receiving appreciation from the customer. Also, when closing a case that's been ongoing for a while, haha.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the guys in most cases are having support experience so know both sides of the job. They are very helpful with assuring we receive assistance even when there are multiple cross-functional teams involved.
