While the company has had some difficult times in the past putting together the teams needed to ramp and drive, I now see the end goal and working together with a great team allows us to gain on that goal each day.

I have been with Calix for over seven years. I have had more managers pushing me to learn more and grow than ever before. I feel as if I am finally making a difference with my work.

Teamwork to help customers be successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees set the culture and the management supports us in doing so.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The extras. Paid internet, home office furniture, gym membership paid, quarterly gifts from manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and transparent about direction we are going and how we are going to get there.
What makes you most happy at work?
That the work I do makes a difference to our customers and as well to the end subscriber.

We all are driven to support our customers and share information among the team to make each other better.

The trust my manager has in me to get things done without having to constantly check up on me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of the extra's that are above and beyond a typical package: pay for gym membership, refresh day, recharge day.

Willingness to explain the direction of the company and how I am a part of the success needed to get there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all on the same page when it comes to customer satisfaction. Also, we all are willing to step up and cover one another if needed.
