What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they make time in order to meet all of the new hires in their first 30 days and speak to them and answer their questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all fairly new to the team/company (within 1 year) so the onboarding experience and struggles are still fresh in their mind which allows them to offer advice on how to get past a certain struggle.
