This has been a life changing experience for me. I worked at a BSP for 20 years and the decision to jump to Calix has changed my life for good.

I love the Calix product. I love learning the ins and outs of the product. I have enjoyed working fom home.

Everyone always seems so happy to be here. Everyone is working for Calix for the same reason and that makes Great teams.

The best thing is that my "team" is a true team. Everyone is willing to help one another no matter what it is.

The ability to step away from the work when you feel the need. The random gifts delivered throughout the year is a nice touch of appreciation.

The team as a whole is so good about teaching out to other team members. Even though this job is WFH, it feels like you really know the other team members.

The positivity that my leaders are ahowing me. The culture here is on another level. I've been here 3 weeks and the outreach that I have recieved is wonderful. Everyone is reaching out to help me learn and offering so much. I am so grateful to be a part of the wonderful company.
