What is the best part about your compensation package?

In a busy, fast paced environment with a lot of work to get done, everyone is ready to lend a hand, help you figure out what or where to go (even when it isn't a part of their role) and we all have a lot of fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are ALL aligned, same message from from every member top down, bottom up! They model working hard and then make space for real life. They genuinely get to know me and learn about me uniquely. They have energy and build true momentum across the entire work force.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is a top down mentality. Our CEO's philosophy is that if you invest in the culture, the work will follow. It's true. The entire approach feels very people first. This makes us all work hard, and have respect or one another. It's a culture of continues learning & improvement !
