I joined Calix 3 months ago. I enjoy working for a company that is improving technology in rural areas to enable communities to thrive. The culture at Calix is great. The benefits are good and the flexibility to work remotely is a plus.

We are all aligned on our Purpose and Mission to help rural broadband providers serve their customers and communities with state of the art broadband and managed services.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Calix Leadership team continually reinforces the mission and purpose of the company. During leadership meetings, they include a broader group of employees for parts of the agenda including guest speakers. Our leaders are passionate about making small, rural broadband providers successful.

Engagement - Executive leaders meet with new hires each month - this gives new employees an opportunity to learn about each team and ask questions. 2. Transparency - the ELT live streamed several sessions from their on site meeting and Sales Kickoff so we could all hear the same messages.
