No job is perfect, but I like the changes Calix has made and is making; it lets me know they are trying, so knowing this gives me faith that if things aren't the way I think they should be, things will change, and if not, I can live with it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The WFH culture is the best. This is one of the reasons I stay at Calix. I am also a big fan of Russo and Weening.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there is still an issue with favoritism, so the louder you are, the more you make, but in some cases, the quiet, steady workers get forgotten.
