Office distance is more. But Calix is supportive enough to give Cab service.

They value work and personal life balance. They motivate to take care of yourself. They are very supportive.

I would like to thank Calix to provide health insurance which covers parents as well. It actually helped me a lot in my father's treatment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that recruiting is Calix top priority make me feels happy. When candidates thank me after getting through interview process make me feel happy. When manager appreciate the work we do, it feels great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Calix is what I was actually looking for. Being a mother of 2 kids, I was looking for a work life balance. People over here are very kind and supportive. No extra work after office hours. No work on weekends. Here managers encourage to spend quality time with family.
