Calix has come a long way since I started almost five years ago. I love my role, my team, the better never best attitude, the leadership and future of the company. My goal is to one day in the distant future retire from Calix.

The camaraderie and open lines of communication are two important factors that make our team very successful.

Having the skills and knowledge to fulfill my tasks and to collaborate with my team and other coworkers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The normalcy of it and I love our better, never best attitude. It's so realistic and a delight to have such a reasonable goal as opposed to the other companies in the Valley that are pretty superficial in their goals.
