My teams willingness to help with work and invest in getting to know me personally as well.

We aren't afraid to ask each other for help and everyone does in fact do what they can to help out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am allowed to work from home which cuts down on a lot of cost without my compensation being lowered because of that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about my immediate leadership team is the transparency and open door policy we have. Feels like we have our own little community and it fosters support from all the neighbors.
