Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
at first, it was good, its neutral now as the leadership team is not as transparent as it was earlier and we have a lot more middle men in between to micro manage. Not exactly micro managing but at times it feels like it. Also, the efforts are not as recognized as the mistakes here.
