The vision for the company and the passion they have towards making it happen. Also, they're always looking at how they can encourage internal growth for their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is the inclusivity. This is the first company I have been at that has groups for almost everyone and if there isn't one now, there will be tomorrow.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyday is something challenging, some might look at that as a downside, however I love to be challenged on a day to day basis and with the growth and vision of this company, you'll never find yourself looking for something to do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As far as compensation goes, Calix is upfront, no haggling or asking what you think is fair. Instead they tell you during the first screening what the offer range is and ask you if it's fair. No surprises, no run around, no haggling. I left that interview feeling welcome.
