The most positive element is the culture based on caring for the employee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the fact that my management actually cares about my well-being and not just being deliverable focused. I try to emulate the same to my team members as well to perpetuate the culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I opted out of the health benefits, but I can speak on the stock options, 401k investment opportunities, vacation, quarterly lifestyle budget for things like a gym membership, and tax-deferred payment options for like child care just to mention a few. All are way above par when compared to others.
