It's a telecom-based product company, lots of exciting products have been launched and still many are in the R&D phase. As part of my job, it's we assist/guide various BSPs/ISPs to help them win contracts/funding/grants from the announced Telco Programs from State/Federal government.

My team consists of experienced professionals who are helping me to understand more about the process and my KRA. I am just three months old as of now, but lots of exciting things to learn going ahead.

The Leadership team is full of people having vast, rich, and diverse backgrounds. Many have experience operating firms in the past, and they are very clear in their mind, where to take Calix in coming few years. Though a new and mid-sized Indian firm, providing premium benefits to its employees.
