What do you like best about the leadership team?
Access to the leadership team. My VP has booked regular 1-1 meetings with me to check-in. I believe leadership also practices what they preach and truly live up to the corporate values.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They get remote culture! Lots of tools, like remote wellness breaks, PATH, mentoring and more. I love how they invest in bringing us together in person when possible to build relationships and drive collaboration and success.

The opportunities to be a part of the company and connect with colleagues in a remote environment, like workgroups and local meetups. We also have team off-site meetings to get together in person. They value human connections.
