The job itself is really interesting. I like being on the road and coaching our customers.

They really care about the people on their teams - they treat us like people, not cogs in a machine, and they always ask for input.

The comradery is good. The fact that leadership tells us not to work weekends, and then really don't send emails to trick us into working is great.
