Base pay is great, benefits are amazing and we have an option to buy stocks at discounted rate.

The Work part of course makes me most happy, but I also enjoy technical discussions with the team

They are open and have clear vision and everyone is aligned towards that vision. They keep you motivated about the work Calix does.

Its very helpful kind of culture and environment here. Everyone is reachable so even if you are a new hire you don't feel like you are alone as people are there who actively reach out to help you
