I have been here 6 months. I have heard many great things about the company from its customers and that encouraged me to seek them out. Now that I am here, I have found even more I like about the company, how it treats its customers and how it treats its employees. I wish I found Calix 10 years ago.

They are easily accessible and want SME input.

Stock plan is very good. The company gives you several opportunities to invest in the company.

A sense of accomplishment and making a difference in the direction of the company and helping the customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Willingness to work together and the positive attitude and feedback. There is a general feeling of appreciation and respect. You want to help people because people have helped you. There is a sense of paying it forward and mutual winning.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The folks I interact with have the mentality of all hands on deck. They take on tasks and get things done even if it is not in their area. I have been at companies where it is hard to find someone to sign-up to do anything. Not here, they really adopt the mentality of "many hands make light work".
