having a good time to work with and working remote.

Thankfully everyone works well together. I have heard this is not always the case
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there are a lot of ppl who have been here a long time and everyone is very welcoming.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am responsible to know the entire catalog of hardware and software but software only reps have a 60k higher base which seems off
