My overall experience in the seven months I've been with Calix is very positive. In the beginning there is so much to learn and so many people to meet, but I was supported and encouraged to pace myself through that. I've now settled in and feel like I'm contributing and being productive.

Everyone understands their role in the team and shows their motivation for the success of the team. It's great to be able to ask someone to help with a need and trust that they will do their part to take care of the customer. Both teams are encouraging, fun to work with, supportive, and motivated.
