I have been here around 6 months and I have had a fantastic experience so far. I would highly recommend Calix to anyone that has a strong work ethic. We work hard and stay very bvusy but we are paid well for it!

Everyone is a contributor. The bad apples get weeded out!
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I am making a difference and that my contributions are noticed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Incentives!!! When we really do well and do our part closing deals we get great incentive pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Consistent check-ins but I don't feel micro-managed. If they seem me succeeding they let me do my thing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They take culture very seriously and try to go the extra mile to make sure everyone fits in!
