Calix is by far the best company I have ever worked at in my career. Seems really bizarre to say but between a solid leadership team, great work life balance, awesome perks and being able to help shape the world.. I don't know how much better it can get.

They genuinely care about you as a person and whats happening in your world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It has to be the Lifestyle perks. My daughter is getting to the age where she can swim and reimbursing swim memberships and other items has been really nice to have.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping our customers connect the world. The day and age of internet not being important to now where it's practically a human right has reshaped the world and being connected is so important.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all come from different paths in our careers and all have experience in some places others might not. We help one another build knowledge in spots that might be lacking. This helps the team better sell our platform.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Calix employs arguably the best people in the industry and with that brings so many different backgrounds. I haven't worked at a place where such a wide range of experience is in one place and the willingness to share with others. Everyone is a message or call away to help you.
