What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is absolutely the best! Very smart, yet humble people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open and Respectful. People are aligned to the overall company goal and work to get there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never worked for a company where the culture was so open and respectful of each other; I believe it comes from the CEO himself. He drives to achieve the right balance between being aggressive (in business), while maintaining a healthy work life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall the package is extremely fair. Personally I would prefer the RSUs, which most Tech companies have in the Bay Area, as opposed to a slightly different version that we have at Calix. But I would work here in a heartbeat given the overall package, especially the work environment.
