I have enjoyed working for Calix for the last 12 years, it can be challenging but who would want it to be boring?

Calix, my boss, both expects me and allows me to own my functions.

My team takes ownership of their areas of responsibility and I can count on them,

I like accomplishments, so I look forward to working on things which will lead to that.
What did you like most about the interview process?
This was 11 years ago but I appreciated the opportunity to sell myself plus the cross functional team approach.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a Director with multiple teams I enjoy being empowered to invest in my reports and to help them take ownership and become visible within Calix.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team invests in future vision taking the time to define where Calix is going, then they super invest in communicating this to us and setting our culture to make it happen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Like anyone I like getting paid and I like that my efforts contribute to bonus, and I especially like the effort invested in use of Radford data to set proper ranges for employee compensation.
