Every bias I had before coming has been busted - small companies CAN attract GREAT people, repeatedly. Broadband companies DO want to innovate and are so appreciative of our work with them. Changing an industry is a BIG goal and we have proven it can be done, profitably.

We all went Work From Anywhere (WFA) during the CVID pandemic. The company made sure that everyone had HIGH quality equipment, furniture and services to be able to do our jobs they way we need to do them.

I had an UNFOUNDED bias that a small technology company may not be able to attract high quality talent. BUT we do, time and time again. The team is deeply knowledgeable in their role-specific areas, collaborative, creative, agile during times of change and passionately committed to customers.
